How the home-screen icon works
YetCam prepares a browser-based install page so Chrome can create a home-screen icon when the option is available.
The icon opens the main MyFreeCams mobile route in a clean app-like browser window.

Add MyFreeCams to your Android home screen
Use this guide if you want a MyFreeCams icon on Android without sideloading an APK. The install uses Chrome's home-screen app flow.
Android install steps
- 1Open this page in Chrome on your Android phone.
- 2Tap the three-dot menu in Chrome.
- 3Choose Add to Home screen or Install app if Chrome offers it.
- 4Confirm the name and icon.
- 5Open MyFreeCams from the new home-screen icon.
On Android, open this page in Chrome to get the Install option.
